2012 here it comes

Hi all been a while.  Can you believe it another year has gone by.  I never thought I'd see this year.  I am missing every one that was in my life, terribly. 

I am sewing and crocheting and hooking.  But seems there isn't enough time. 

I am still working and hoping by this time next year to be in Delaware or near there.  I miss the kids and such.  So much to see and do on the East Coast.

Everything is quiet in my life right now and so glad.  Am so tired of fussing....

I hope to post more now.  Got a new camera and I can down load better......

Is the heat coming back.....

We made it through the 100s, now in the 80s......Lets hope we don't go up any more, but who am I fooling
we live smack dab in the middle of the heat zone.......

Garden is gone, haven't been able to sit out side and I dwell in the confines of 4 walls.  I hate it.......

Winter will be here before we know it and pray for summer.......

Working on applique and reading.....

I can't believe it is July

It is 1st of July and hotter than hades.......I am cleaning my craft room and what a job.....I have so much crap......and not enough time to do it in.....

Am working on a civil war quilt right now....all hand work.  I like doing it.....

My daughter Donya is visiting and I love her being here......we live too far apart.....Will I ever get to the east coast again......I miss my Trent and Donya and Bree and T.........

Life is too fast.......

Here we go again......I'll take the snow forget the ice.

I could possibly get some cleaning done.....but I do see washing on the horizon.....

Pray the electric doesn't go out....wish we had a fireplace.....I could sure use one......

Been Awhile

Here it is 2011 and I haven't been on here.  My life doesn't seem to go any where any more
Did go see my kids on the east coast and loved every minuet....but too short....
I love the east states so much, but of course never been to Calif.  Love Oregon and Washington....
But each coast cost so dang much and so busy.....

Been working on an afghan and some sewing and quilting.  Made some clothes for 18 inch dolls.  I need to make some more.....they were fun to make.....

Working and sleep and a lot of TV....I love my TV.....some things are very interesting.....finding new stuff all the time......

Hope to get on here more.  Am going to a quilt class on a civil war quilt, lots of applique and blocks.  Should be fun......And the monthly block is coming us too....can't wait.....I like to do things with a group.

Reading Tea Rose right now and what a good book, I think the author is Donnelly.......
